Chapters: New River Valley

The New River Valley Chapter of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association meets at least quarterly and sponsors special programs throughout the year. The meeting place varies, but efforts are made to hold it at a central location in the New River Valley. The Chapter also hosts an annual Judicial Reception in the fall.

On April 9, 2011, the New River Valley Chapter of VWAA hosted a picnic at Mill Mountain Zoo.

On December 3, 2010, the New River Valley Chapter of VWAA hosted a Holiday Social, which was hosted by The Honorable Harriet D. Dorsey, who opened up her home to welcome the members of the New River Valley Chapter.
