The VWAA will be meeting at the Holiday Inn North Beach on June 17, 2022, for its Annual Meeting and for a lunch with a panel presentation, “Professional According to Whom?” Both sessions are available in-person and virtually via Zoom. You can register for the session you wish to attend below.

“Professional According to Whom?” - A panel discussion exploring expectations for women’s appearance and attire in the courtroom and the law firm. Panelists will share observations and personal experiences to touch on issues of implicit bias, discrimination, and the intersection of race, gender, and cultural norms. Moderated by Shemeka Hankins of Invictus Law.
